Operator Tool Co. Terms Of Service ("Agreement")

The following terms and conditions ("Agreement"), govern all use of the optool.co website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, the domain optool.co (taken together, the "Website"). This document is provided by Opeartor Tool Co. (The "Company") and is legally binding when using the software (the "Application") provided by The Company.

Your optool.co Account

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. The Company will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. You must immediately notify The Comapny of any and all unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Changes

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. The Company may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Use

Use of software (and any updates), created by The Comapny, its associated media, and documentation (collectively, "program") is subject to the license found to be bundled with the software. The license is provided online by the The Company and can be found at this url.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.

Access: you are solely responsible for any third party costs you incur

WHILE USING THE PROGRAM AND SERVICES. You acknowledge and agree that you will provide at your own cost and expense the equipment, Internet, or other connection charges required to access and use the Program.
